Bollywood actor Siddhant Chaturvedi made his Bollywood debut in 2019 with the film 'Gully Boy'. In a recent interview, Siddhant revealed that he was offered Ranbir Kapoor starrer 'Brahmastra: Part 1'. Siddhant had rejected this film, after which he had to face criticism from many casting professionals.

Ranbir-Alia starrer 'Brahmastra' was the highest grossing film of the year 2022. The film had collected Rs 435 crore worldwide.

Siddhant was not sure about the incomplete script
In an interview given to The Lallantop, Siddhant said, 'I was offered a role in the film 'Brahmastra' by a casting director, but I was not given any script or audition for it. This character was of a martial artist, who lives in an ashram. The makers told me that this is a big budget VFX based film which will take 5 years to make.

Siddhant further said, 'I was not sure about my role in the film due to the incomplete script of 'Brahmastra'. In such a situation, I rejected this offer. When I told the casting director that I would not be able to do this film, he shouted at me a lot. Bella- Are you crazy? Is with Dharma. There is a contract for 3 films. In response to this I told him that the film in which Amitabh Bachchan, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt will be together. Who will see me there?'

Siddhant made his Bollywood debut with Ranbir-Alia starrer 'Gully Boy' released in 2019. In this he played the character named MC Sher.

Siddhant became infamous in the casting circuit
Even after being selected for this film, Siddhant rejected it. After this the casting circuit people blacklisted Siddhant. They used to say that this boy is crazy. After getting selected he says no. Siddhant had become quite infamous and people considered him arrogant.

Later that role was removed from 'Brahmastra'
Siddhant further told that later only that part which was offered to him was edited from the film 'Brahmastra'. During this time, Siddhant was offered his debut film 'Gully Boy', which he accepted. Now Siddhant feels that whatever happened was right.

Siddhant's recent release is 'Kho Gaye Hum Kahan' in which he is seen with Ananya Pandey and Adarsh ​​Gaurav.

Made acting debut on TV in 2016
Siddhant started his acting career in 2016 with the TV show 'Life Sahi Hai'. After this he appeared in the web series 'Inside Edge'. Siddhant, who made his Bollywood debut with 'Gully Boy' in 2019, has so far done films like 'Bunty Aur Babli 2', 'Gahraiyan', 'Phone Bhoot' and 'Kho Gaye Hum Kahaan'. His next film is 'Yudhra'.
