TV actress Shweta Tiwari is in the news more for her personal life than her professional life. Recently, during an interview, the actress talked about both her failed marriages. She told how her mother was taunted due to inter-caste marriage. Her marriage started being judged in advance. Even after domestic violence, she remained connected to the complicated relationship because of her daughter Palak.
During a conversation with Galata India, Shweta Tiwari talked about her relationships with her first husband Raja Chaudhary and second husband actor Abhinav Kohli. Shweta Tiwari was married to Raja Chaudhary in 1998. The actress filed for divorce in 2007, accusing Raja Chaudhary of domestic violence and alcohol addiction.
On the issue of divorce after 9 years of marriage, Shweta Tiwari said- I was upset because my daughter Palak did not have the support of her father when she was growing up. But later I realized that your family can be happy only when you are mentally happy. Children cannot be raised well by living in a broken family. It is better that if two people cannot live together then they should separate.
After divorcing her first husband Raja Chaudhary, Shweta Tiwari married actor Abhinav Kohli in 2013 after dating him for three years. They also had a son Reyansh Kohli. But in 2019, the actress accused Abhinav of domestic violence and harassment of daughter Palak Tiwari, after which the two separated the same year. Shweta says, 'The people whose lives I have left are regretting it today.'
After both the marriages broke down, Shweta Tiwari is now single-handedly raising her two children Palak and Reyansh. Meanwhile, there are rumours of dating between the lead actor of serial 'Imli' Fahman Khan and Shweta Tiwari.
However, everyone is shocked to hear this. Shweta and Fahman are also shocked to hear this news. Currently, Shweta Tiwari's daughter Palak's name is being linked with Saif Ali Khan's son Ibrahim Ali Khan. It is being said that both of them are having an affair.
