Leader Online Desk : Four people were killed in a stabbing attack by a thug in a mall in Sydney, Australia. “Sydney Morning Herald” has reported that the assailant has also been killed in police firing after this shocking incident.
Four people were suddenly attacked by a knife-wielding man at Sydney's busy Westfield Bondi Junction shopping centre. It is said that four people have died and many are seriously injured. Immediately the police rushed to the spot. An employee of the mall along with a woman and her child were killed in the attack by the assailant. The assailant has been killed in police action.
The condition of many of the injured in the attack is critical, police said. Several posts shared on social media showed people running out of the mall in panic and police vehicles and emergency services arriving at the scene.
