According to the investigation report submitted by the police in this case, Ali Kerio, son of the Sessions Judge, went to his friend Daniyal Nazir. Daniyal Nazir is the son of Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Nazir Ahmad Mirbahar. When Kerio came home, Daniyal had invited his girlfriend Shazia home. This time the accused ordered two burgers for himself and Shazia to enjoy. Kirio ate a bite of a burger. Enraged, Daniyal and Kiroo clashed. Daniel shot Kirio with the rifle of the guard present here, Kirio who was seriously injured died while undergoing treatment at the hospital. A thorough investigation of the case revealed that the son of the police superintendent was the murderer.
The investigating officer completed the inquiry and submitted a report to the senior authorities holding the police officer's son responsible for the crime. Daniyal Nazir is currently in custody.
