Actor Shekhar Suman has been seen in the recently released Sanjay Leela Bhansali's series 'Hiramandi'. He has played the role of Nawab 'Zulfikar' in the series. During an interview, Shekhar expressed his desire to interview PM Modi. Actually, many years ago, Shekhar had brought 'Movers and Shakers' as a host, this show was very much liked by the people. Shekhar said that his show can return to TV once again.
In an interview with Pinkvilla, when Shekhar was asked that there are reports of a new season of his iconic show 'Movers and Shakers', is it true? Shekhar agreed to this and nodded.
After this, when he was asked if there was anyone in his wishlist whom he wanted to interview? So Shekhar immediately took the name of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He said- I want to interview Modi Saheb. I want to interview PM Modi in a very different way. Shekhar said that this will be one of his best interviews.
Shekhar Suman praised PM Modi
Praising PM Modi, Shekhar said that there are many sides to him as a person and his journey. His journey has not been easy. He has faced a lot of criticism, people surrounded him and harassed him, but still he did not give up. He continued moving forward. This is not an easy task.
Shekhar further said – A single person, facing all the opposition and criticism, kept moving forward while handling the different thoughts and needs of 150 crore people, this is not within the power of the common people. He also said that he wants to understand them completely.
Let us tell you, on Tuesday, actor Shekhar Suman took membership of BJP in Delhi. With this, now he and his son Adhyayan Suman's ex-girlfriend actress Kangana Ranaut have become part of the same political party.
Meanwhile, in a media interaction, when the actor was asked whether he would campaign for Kangana in Mandi? So Shekhar said, 'If she calls, why won't you go?' This is my duty as well as my right.
Let us tell you that Kangana is contesting as a Bharatiya Janata Party candidate from Mandi Lok Sabha seat of Himachal Pradesh.
