Veteran actor, Heeramandi star Shekhar Suman joins BJP.
Leaders Online Desk: Veteran actor Shekhar Suman, who appeared in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's multi-starrer serial 'Hiramandi', joined the BJP on Tuesday. Apart from that, former Congress leader Radhika Kher has also joined the BJP. His party entry took place in the presence of BJP national general secretary Vinod Tawde at the BJP headquarters in Delhi.
Actor Shekhar Suman has reacted after joining BJP. He said, “Until yesterday I did not know that I would be sitting here today. Because many things happen in life knowingly or unknowingly. I came here with a very positive attitude. I want to thank God. That he ordered me to come here…”
Voting for the Lok Sabha elections is underway in the country. Meanwhileit is not yet clear whether Shekhar Suman will contest elections in future.
