Daljeet Kaur has taken a dig at her first husband Shalin Bhanot. Recently, a social media user commented on the actress' Instagram post and advised her to connect with Shalin in difficult times. To this, Daljeet replied that 'he is probably very busy.'

Daljeet wrote, 'He has neither messaged nor connected till now. I don't think he is interested in knowing about his son. He might be very busy.'

Let us tell you, Daljeet and Shaleen met on the sets of the show 'Kulvadhu'. They fell in love with each other there. Both of them got married in 2009. However, in 2015, Daljeet divorced Shaleen accusing her of domestic violence. Daljeet is now raising their son Jayden.

Talking to E-Times, Nikhil told that in January, Daljeet decided to leave Kenya. She returned to India with her son Jayden. This created distance in their relationship. Both realized that their relationship was not that strong. It became difficult for Daljeet to live in Kenya. They had an Indian wedding ceremony in Mumbai in March 2023. This ritual was culturally important, but not legal. It was done to reassure Daljeet's family.

Recently, Daljeet filed an FIR against Nikhil Patel at Agripada Police Station in Mumbai. The actress has accused Nikhil of betrayal.
