Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor and his wife Mira Rajput have bought a new apartment in Mumbai. The price of this luxury apartment is approximately Rs 60 crores.

This apartment of the couple is located on the top floor of the building built by Oberoi Realty. Both of them have bought it from Chandak Realtors Private Limited.
The on-paper price of this new apartment of the couple is Rs 58.66 crore. Along with this, both of them have also paid stamp duty of Rs 1.75 crore.
Bought an apartment in 2018 too
Earlier in 2018, Shahid had also bought an apartment in the same building. At that time, the price of that apartment spread over square feet was Rs 55.60 crore. For this, he paid stamp duty of Rs 2.91 crore.
Shahid bought an apartment on the 42nd floor of this building in 2018. The actor's wife Mira often shares photos of this luxurious apartment.
The actor is busy shooting for 'Deva'
