Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor had bought a luxury apartment in Worli area this year. Now the actor has given it on rent. If reports are to be believed, Shahid Kapoor will get a rent of Rs 20.5 lakh every month for this luxury apartment, which he has given on a contract of 60 months.
According to Squareyards, the couple has rented out their apartment located in Worli area for 5 years. This apartment is located in Oberoi Reality, 360 West Complex. It has been built in 5395 square feet. The luxurious flat also includes 3 parking areas. This apartment has been taken by Deepan Bhupatani, senior executive of Gauri Khan's company D Decor Home Fabrics.
This apartment was registered on 7th November. For this, a security deposit of Rs 1 crore 23 lakh has been given. According to the contract, the initial rent of this apartment given for 60 months is Rs 20.5 lakh, which will be reduced to Rs 23.98 in the coming years.
Shahid had bought the apartment in May this year
Shahid Kapoor had purchased this apartment from Chandak Realtors Private Limited in May 2024 for Rs 60 crore. Even before this, Shahid Kapoor has bought many luxury properties in Mumbai. In 2019, the actor had purchased a duplex in a high-rise building located in Worli area. It is located on the 45th and 46th floors of a sea-facing duplex building, which he purchased for Rs 56 crore. Shahid had shifted to this house with his family some time ago. This duplex has a sea-facing balcony of 500 square feet.
Talking about work front, Shahid Kapoor will soon be seen in the film Deva. Before this, he was seen in the science fiction comedy romantic film Teri Baton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya, released in February this year. Kriti Sanon was with him in the film. Talking about the film Deva, Pooja Hegde, Pavail Gulati and Kubbra Sait are going to be seen in important roles along with Shahid Kapoor in this film. The film is scheduled for 14 February 2025.
