Leaders Online: The Indian stock market's record-breaking run continues. Today, Monday (8th), the Sensex rose by more than 350 points to touch the mark of 74,658. This is a new all-time record high for Sensex. While Nifty registered a new high of 22,623 points. Meanwhile, the market capitalization of all listed companies on BSE crossed the Rs 400 lakh crore mark for the first time due to today's all-time high in the market.

Sensex opened at 74,555 today. It then recorded an all-time high of 74,658. Reliance, M&M, Power Grid, Bajaj Finserv, Tata Steel are top gainers on Sensex. While the shares of Wipro, HDFC Bank are showing a minor decline. BSE Midcap and Smallcap are also bullish.

Nifty opened at 22,578 today. He then touched the figure of 22,623. Tata Consumer, Reliance, M&M, BPCL, Power Grid were the top gainers. Shares of Adani Ports, Apollo Hospitals fell.

Morning trade saw buying in realty and metal shares. Shares of oil marketing companies (OMCs) also rose as crude prices dipped below $90 per barrel.
