He also abused the woman obscenely. This audio has been provided by the woman's lawyer Ali Kashif Khan Deshmukh. He claims that this is the voice of Sharad Kapoor.
When the woman lodged a police complaint in this matter, Sharad's tone changed. He messaged the woman that you are doing this for money, God will punish you.

Lawyer's claim – Sharad was without clothes at home, was also under the influence of alcohol Apart from these audios, the woman's lawyer has also shared many screenshots. It contains details of the conversations between the two on WhatsApp and Facebook.
Lawyer Ali Kashif Khan Deshmukh says that when the woman went to Sharad's house on his call, the actor was under the influence of alcohol. Apart from this, there were no clothes on his body. He tried to force it. The woman immediately ran away from there. After this, angry Sharad scolded her very badly through voice note. Even lewd comments were made on her body parts.
Actually Sharad had called the woman to his house by lying. He told the woman that he had an office in Khar, Mumbai. However, when the woman reached there, she came to know that it was not an office but Sharad's house.
When the case was registered, Sharad's tone changed According to lawyer Ali Kashif, when the woman registered the case with the police, Sharad sent her another message. This time his style seemed to have changed. He wrote- Ma'am, good morning. I don't understand why you did this to me. Did you do this for money? Well I have full faith in God. God will punish you.
Question from the victim's lawyer: Why did the police not arrest the accused? Ali Kashif Khan Deshmukh has also raised questions on the working style of the police in this case.
He said- Khar police has also gone to Sharad Kapoor's house. Sharad himself came to the police station after receiving the notice, then why was he not arrested at that time? What were the police waiting for? Now Sharad has fled from Mumbai to Calcutta. We have expressed our disappointment in this matter by writing a letter to Senior Inspector Sanjeev Dhumal of Khar Police Station, DCP Dixit Gedam and Additional CP Paramjit Singh Dahiya.
