Salman told the police- 'I am tired of being targeted by different people again and again. I have received threats many times before, have been fined. I am stuck in many cases. I am frustrated. I have already been punished by the court.'
The actor told that he woke up on the morning of 14 April hearing the sound of bullets. He came to the balcony, but there was no one there.
In 1998, Salman hunted a blackbuck during the shooting of the film 'Hum Saath Saath Hain'. The Bishnoi gang has been continuously targeting Salman since then.
The police found bullet marks on Salman's balcony. The shooters were seen firing bullets in the CCTV footage.
Salman was questioned for three hours and his brothers for two hours
Arbaaz Khan was present at his Juhu house at the time of the incident. In his statement to the police, he has said that he was aware of the threats his brother had received from the Lawrence Bishnoi gang in the past.
The police interrogated Salman for three hours and his brother for two hours. During this time, about 150 questions were asked to his brothers.
However, Salman's father Salim Khan's statement was not recorded due to age reasons. 88-year-old Salim Khan was also present at home at the time of the incident. The Crime Branch will question him if needed.
After the firing at Salman's house, Maharashtra CM Eknath Shinde had come to meet him. Shinde had also met Salman's father Salim Khan.
Lawrence Bishnoi Group took responsibility for the attack
According to Mumbai Police sources, on April 14, two bike-borne attackers fired 4 rounds from a 7.6 bore gun at Salman's house. Forensic experts recovered a live bullet from the spot. Lawrence Bishnoi Group claimed responsibility for this attack.
The Mumbai Crime Branch had arrested both the accused in the case, Vicky Gupta and Sagar Pal, from Gujarat.
While investigating the case, the police arrested 6 accused. All these accused were booked under MCOCA. Anuj Thapan, an accused arrested in the case, committed suicide by hanging himself in police custody. Anuj had provided weapons to those who fired in this case. The investigation of the suicide of accused Anuj Thapan was handed over to the state CID.
AK-47 was being ordered from Pakistan to kill Salman
After firing at Galaxy Apartments, Lawrence Bishnoi's gang was planning to attack Salman Khan again. On June 1, Navi Mumbai Police arrested four people from Lawrence Bishnoi's gang in this case.
The four accused have been identified as Dhananjay alias Ajay Kashyap, Gaurav Bhatia alias Nhai, Wasim Khan alias Wasim Chikna and Zeeshan Khan alias Javed Khan. According to information received from the police, these people were planning to attack Salman's car in Panvel. For this, they had planned to order many weapons including AK-47 from Pakistan.

According to information received from the police, Lawrence Bishnoi gang was planning to kill Salman with a Turkish made Zigana pistol. Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala was also murdered with this pistol.
According to the police, the four accused were also planning to procure weapons through Pakistani suppliers for the attack. According to media reports, the attackers were trying to procure AK-47, M-16 and AK-92.
These four accused had also done recce of Salman Khan's farm house in Panvel.
Salman Khan was being monitored
They had also done recce of the actor's farm house and several shooting spots including Goregaon Film City. Around 60 to 70 henchmen of Lawrence Bishnoi and Sampat Nehra gang coming from Mumbai, Raigad, Navi Mumbai, Thane, Pune and Gujarat are keeping an eye on Salman Khan. Police have also recovered many such videos from the mobile phones of the arrested accused. Police have also recovered several phones and SIM cards.
Salman was being attacked through a minor
They were planning to attack Salman through minors. After the attack, their plan was to flee from Kanyakumari to Sri Lanka via boat.
