Ayush Sharma said that he was not earning at the time of his marriage with Salman Khan's sister Arpita. He used to borrow money from his house and meet his expenses with it. Ayush had told the same thing to Salman also. Before giving his sister's hand, Salman had asked about Ayush's earnings.
Ayush told Salman that he does not earn a single rupee. Salman liked this honesty of Ayush very much. He was happy and confirmed sister Arpita's marriage with Ayush.
Arpita invited me for a movie at home and then she met Salman.
Ayush Sharma said in Bharti Singh's chat show – One day Arpita called me to her house for a movie and dinner. It was one o'clock in the night. We were having dinner and watching a movie, when Salman came. When he came inside the house, I went and stood behind him.
That line was running in my mind that when you love, then why be afraid. I immediately introduced myself. I said- Hello, sir, my name is Ayush Sharma. In reply he also said- My name is Salman Khan. Saying this he left from there.
Ayush Sharma's family is a resident of Mandi city of Himachal Pradesh. His father Anil Sharma belongs to politics.
Salman said- You don't know acting
Ayush further said that the next day he got a call from Arpita. Arpita said that Salman wants to meet her. Ayush went to his house. Salman asked him some questions about his life. Ayush said- I told him that I want to become an actor. Salman said that you do not know acting, first I will give you training. If you train properly, only then you will be able to become an actor.
Salman asked about earnings
Ayush then told Salman that he wanted to marry his sister Arpita. Then Salman said- Do you earn money? I said he doesn't make money. I get pocket money from home and I manage with it. Salman was very impressed by my honesty. She said that the boy is good, marriage is confirmed.
Arpita and Ayush Sharma live in a house in Mumbai with their two children.
Arpita and Ayush were married on 18 November 2014 at Hotel Falaknuma in Hyderabad. Salman himself took charge of this marriage. After the wedding, a grand reception party was also organized in Mumbai.
