this is the controversy

Hooda Khap says that the film Do Patti, released on October 25, has commented on the Hooda clan. This comment should be removed from the film and the filmmaker, director, actor and the operator of the OTT platform that aired it should publicly apologize.

Hooda Khap says that there is a scene in the film 'Do Patti', in which an artist is accused in the court, who is saying, 'Murder is not this. The murder was committed by the person who lives in our neighborhood, Hooda, who burnt his daughter-in-law alive in public. Hooda Khap has objection to this comment made in the film.

Panchayat was held on 10th November

After the release of the film Do Patti on OTT platform Netflix on October 25, a Panchayat was held on November 10 at the historical platform of Sarva Hooda Khap located in Basantpur village of Rohtak. The committee members under the leadership of Surendra Hooda had met CM Saini. After this he told that the Hooda clan of Jat community is being defamed by a dialogue of the film Do Patti. A meeting has been held with CM Saini regarding this controversial matter. The way a conspiracy has been hatched in the film to defame the Hooda clan, it is a criminal matter.

Khap sent notice, producers replied

Surendra Hooda said that the very next day of the film's release, a notice was issued to its producer, director, actor and Netflix. In response, Netflix and the filmmakers have said that the incident alleged in the notice has occurred in the film. But, this is within the freedom of expression of the filmmaker and the actor, and the use of the word Hooda is just a coincidence.

Surendra said that the law of the country does not give the right to spoil someone's social reputation and hurt his honor. The controversial dialogue aired in the film has hurt the social reputation of the entire Hooda Khap. Hooda clan of Jat community has been defamed as part of a conspiracy.
