Prime Minister Narendra Modi has praised the RBI saying that there has been a big change in the banking system in India in the last ten years, this is only a trailer and the picture is left. Reserve Bank of India (RBI) completes 90 years today. Prime Minister Narendra Modi was the chief guest at the program organized in Mumbai on this occasion. The ceremony was organized at the National Center for Performing Arts. Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, RBI Governor Shaktikanta Das, Maharashtra Governor Ramesh Bais, Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and Ajit Pawar were also present at this RBI event. In the last 10 years, there has been a massive digital transformation in the banking sector. Banking sector in India is being appreciated all over the world. Today UPI is gaining global recognition. In this way, the economic progress of the country is progressing rapidly. We still have many things to do. We want to take the country further. The target for the next 10 years has been set for this. We all want to take the country forward together. RBI has to take strategic decisions for India's progress. PM Modi also assured RBI that the government is always with RBI for this.
