Randeep Hooda's next film is 'Swatantrya Veer Savarkar'. In this historical biographical film, Randeep will be seen in the role of Indian revolutionary and freedom fighter Vinayak Damodar Savarkar.
For this, Randeep has done tremendous body transformation. The actor has lost 18 kg weight for this. Now recently Randeep shared a shirtless photo on his Instagram account, seeing which fans are praising his dedication.

Shared the photo and wrote- 'Black water'
While sharing a mirror selfie on Instagram, Randeep wrote in the caption – 'Kala Paani'. It is clear from this that the actor has done this transformation for those scenes of the film when Veer Savarkar was imprisoned in the Cellular Jail.
Fans compared him with Christian Bale
Randeep looks extremely thin in the picture. Seeing the photo, fans have compared Randeep with Hollywood actor Christian Bale. Christian did heavy body transformation for the film 'The Machinist' released in 2004.

Had lost 18 kg weight in 28 days for 'Sarabjeet'
However, this is not the first time that Randeep has done body transformation. Earlier, he had also lost 18 kg weight in 28 days for the film 'Sarabjeet' released in 2016. Then in an interview Randeep talked about his weight loss. He said- I am able to do this kind of weight gain and weight loss only because I am a sports person.
The film will be released in theaters on March 22.
The film 'Swatantrya Veer Savarkar' will be released in Hindi and Marathi in theaters on March 22. With this, Randeep is also debuting as a director. He has also written the story of this film himself. Apart from him, many actors including Ankita Lokhande and Amit Sial will be seen in the film.
