After Alia Bhatt, Ayushmann Khurrana, Hrithik Roshan, Kareena Kapoor, now Randeep Hooda has got angry and demanded strict punishment for the accused. The actor believes that those who do such a horrific act should be given strict punishment and their pictures should be circulated in the same way as this incident is being covered.
Randeep Hooda expressed his displeasure on his official Instagram account and wrote, I am speechless and distraught thinking about the horror that is being repeated again and again in our society. I come from a family of doctors and my sister is also one of them, this sends a shiver down my spine. There is no doubt that medical professionals have to be protected, but predators do not look at any profession. This should be a social change.
Randeep further wrote, the first and immediate step should be to give strict punishment to the accused as soon as possible. The pictures of that punishment should be shown in the media and social media as much as this tragic incident has been shown. The punishment for heinous crimes should be even more heinous. I stand with the victim's family and the people of the medical profession in this difficult time.
Along with his post, Randeep wrote, 'Enough is enough now.'
