Randeep Hooda has finally come on board the biopic of Sher Singh Rana, who brought the ashes of Prithviraj Chauhan from Afghanistan and is accused of killing Phoolan Devi. Sources related to him have confirmed this. Actually, preparations to make this film have been going on for years. Six years ago it was pitched to Ajay Devgan. Then two years ago Vidyut Jamwal and Vinod Bhanushali officially announced to make it. Now news is coming from the trade that Randeep Hooda has come on board this project.

Trade sources said, 'Sher Singh Rana's biography has a lot of cinematic ingredients. He broke Tihar Jail. Went to Afghanistan on a fake passport. He also brought the ashes of Prithviraj Chauhan from there. He was also accused of killing Phoolan Devi. In such a situation, many stars showed interest in making a film on his biography. But legal complications regarding the rights of Sher Singh Rana continued. Due to which the film could not be made with Ajay Devgan and Vidyut Jamwal.

However, now the rights issues have been resolved. According to trade sources, 'Sher Singh Rana's friend Vishal Tyagi has brought all the rights stakeholders together on one platform. He will also produce it himself. Randeep Hooda is also joining this film as a producer. Very soon the official announcement of this film will be made with the studio partner.

Actors and producers have been changing for this film. However, there have not been many changes in the director. According to trade experts, 'Meghna Gulzar was going to direct this film during Ajay Devgan's time. Whereas, 'Toilet: Ek Prem Katha' director Shree Narayan Singh was going to direct this film with Vidyut Jamwal. Now even after Randeep Hooda has finally come on board, Shree Narayan Singh will direct the film.

According to trade experts, 'Sher Singh Rana's friend Vishal Tyagi collected the rights of the film from many people. He has spent Rs 2.5 crore on it. There was a dispute with Kumar Mangat Pathak, who is close to Ajay Devgan and heads his production. In such a situation, the film was not made with Ajay Devgan. The situation was such that Vishal Tyagi met Ajay Devgan even during the shoot of Shaitan, but both of them could not come together for this project. But now Vishal Tyagi is announcing this film with Randeep Hooda.

There was no official response from Kumar Mangat Pathak in this regard. He is currently busy shooting for 'Son of Sardar 2' in London and Scotland. Meanwhile, Vishal Tyagi said that the announcement of the film with Randeep Hooda will be made very soon.
