Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor is soon going to start shooting for his next film 'Ramayana'. These days he is training for this film directed by Nitesh Tiwari.
A video of the actor has gone viral on social media in which he is seen training. This video has been shared by Ranbir's Korean trainer Naim. Apart from Ranbir, his daughter Raha and wife Alia are also seen in it.

In the video shared by Naim, Ranbir is seen doing hardcore training. In the video, apart from doing cartwheels, weight lifting, jogging, core exercises and swimming, the actor is also seen hiking.
Sharing this, Naim wrote, 'We went to the countryside for decompression week. Work in progress with Ranbir.
