Ranbir does not want to become Lord Ram with the help of VFX!: Wants to give a real look to the character, expressed his desire to director Nitish Tiwari.

These days Ranbir Kapoor is busy preparing for Nitish Tiwari's film Ramayana. In this film he will be seen in the role of Lord Ram. Recently the news has come out that he wanted to look absolutely real on screen. They do not want VFX to be used to show the character of Lord Ram. He has also expressed this desire to the director.

Ranbir wants to look real on screen

According to India Today report, a source close to the film has said that Ranbir has told director Nitish Tiwari that he does not want VFX and CGI work on his face and body. At a time when VFX is being used heavily to make an actor look young, Ranbir has asked to keep it real.

Interestingly, Ranbir had gained weight for his previous film, whereas now he has lost weight for this film. He does not want to look muscular in the film, for which he is preparing vigorously.

Ranbir is doing tremendous training for Ramayana.

Some time ago, Ranbir's video had surfaced, in which he was seen training. In the video, apart from doing cartwheels, weight lifting, jogging, core exercises and swimming, he was also seen hiking. This video was shared by Ranbir's Korean trainer Naim.

Ranbir will soon start shooting for the film Ramayana

According to a report by Pinkvilla, a source associated with the film had told that the set of Gurukul has been ready in Film City. Here, in the first schedule of the film, child artists playing the childhood roles of Ram, Lakshman and Bharat are shooting. Soon Ranbir will also start shooting for this film.

The makers will release the film Ramayana in 3 parts. It is expected that the first part will be released by the second half of next year.
