I don't even remember how many films we did together before he left the film industry. In his films, the heroine did not have much to do. But I like his film in which he had to sing Duniya mein logon ko dhokha kabhi ho jaata hai. Then we worked together in Aap ki Kasam, in which we were given equal importance. It was a controversial subject. I remember that during the discussion of the film, Kaka ji (Rajesh Khanna) and I had an argument with the producer-director J. Om Prakash ji.

Further in the interview, Mumtaz shared the story of Rajesh Khanna's anger. She said, he used to get angry with me only when I signed films with other heroes. He used to sit in a corner and get sad. When he used to work with other actresses, there was no problem. Rules are different for women and men. He always used to care for me. He used to call me fat because I was always a little fat. But I did not have any problem with it.
