New Delhi; Leading News Service: Vote in large numbers to keep the country's democracy alive and increase participation, Prime Minister Narendra Modi appealed on Saturday (D.1) through a post by “X” on social media. Apart from Modi, top leaders of other political parties including Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal called for voting to strengthen democracy.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi completed 45 hours of meditation at Swami Vivekananda Memorial Rock at Kanyakumari. After that, before the polling started in his constituency, Varanasi, Modi posted on X on social media. In this post, Modi appealed to people to go out and vote in large numbers to keep democracy alive and increase their participation in it.

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal also posted on X. Kejriwal appealed to the people to vote to end dictatorship and save democracy and constitution.
