Pooja Entertainment founders Vashu Bhagnani and Jacky Bhagnani have filed a police complaint against Ali Abbas Zafar. They have accused the director of misusing subsidy funds received from Abu Dhabi authorities during the shooting of the film 'Bade Miyan Chote Miyan'.

The producers lodged this complaint at the Bandra Police Station on 3 September 2024. Dainik Bhaskar tried to talk to both the parties in this matter but till now both have not given any reply on this.

Meanwhile, BN Tiwari made a new revelation that some transaction matter of Vashu with Netflix has come to light after which he fled to London. Tiwari said that Vashu had taken some money from Netflix for the film 'BMCM' but some matter happened later after which Vashu fled.

Vashu withheld Ali's payment of Rs 7.3 crore Earlier, Dainik Bhaskar had found in its investigation that Vashu Bhagnani has withheld Rs 7.3 crore of director Ali Abbas Zafar. Ali had directed the film 'Bade Miyan Chote Miyan' under Vashu's banner Pooja Entertainments, for which he has not received the payment till now. Ali Abbas has also filed a complaint with the Directors Association regarding this.

Ali said- the matter is with the association When we contacted Ali Abbas Zafar in this matter, he said- Look, this matter is with the Director Association. I cannot say anything about it right now. Saying this, he hung up the phone.

At the same time, a source close to Ali said- Ali does not want this matter to come out now. He is afraid that if this matter comes out, his payment may get stuck.

Vashu said- all these are baseless allegations Bhaskar also tried to know Vashu Bhagnani's side on this matter. Vashu said- If you get any proof, then go ahead. Otherwise publish news against those who are making such baseless allegations.
