Pooja Bhatt has recently revealed that a message from her father helped her quit drinking. Actually, Pooja got addicted to alcohol at the age of 16. Then her father Mahesh Bhatt helped her come out of the bad times.
In an interview to Dainik Bhaskar, Pooja said, 'When I decided to quit drinking, I wanted to become the best version of myself. Bhatt sahab had sent me a message, which helped me a lot in getting out of all this. In that message, he had written – If you love me, then love yourself.
I could love myself only when I stopped drinking. The day I took the small step of quitting alcohol, nature gave me a lot.

Bhatt said that he is starting a podcast in which he will talk to people who are addicted to one thing or the other in their life. This podcast is being produced by Imran Zahid.
