Manisha Kayande has demanded immediate closure of Bigg Boss OTT show.
A police complaint has been filed against Bigg Boss OTT on Monday (July 22). Shiv Sena (Eknath Shinde) leader and party spokesperson Dr. Manisha Kayande met Mumbai Police Commissioner Vivek Phansalkar regarding the content being shown in the show.
Manisha's allegation is that Bigg Boss 3 is a reality show. Its shooting is going on. YouTube influencers are also participating in it. All limits of obscenity have been crossed in the show. We have given a letter to Mumbai Police demanding action against the show.
He further said that how far is this public display of obscenity in the name of reality show right? How does it affect the young minds. We will also go to the Union Information and Broadcasting Minister. We will demand to bring a law on OTT platforms in the current session of Parliament.
Objection regarding July 18 episode
Manisha has objected to the content shown in the July 18 episode of the show. She says that the contestants have been shown behaving indecently and objectionably in the episode. This is having an adverse effect on social values and family relationships. The telecast of the show should be stopped immediately.
Action should be taken against the producers of the show and the CEO of the telecast company. It should be investigated whether this episode has gone viral on different social media platforms.
Bigg Boss 17 contestant Sonia Bansal's health deteriorates
Bigg Boss 17 contestant Sonia Bansal was admitted to Kokilaben Hospital in Mumbai last night. Sonia had gone to attend an award function on the night of July 21, after which her health deteriorated. She complained of nervousness after which she was immediately taken to the hospital.
