PM Modi: Petition filed seeking election ban on Prime Minister Modi for 6 years









New Delhi, Leading News Service: A petition was filed against Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the High Court on April 15, alleging that he had violated the code of conduct. (PM Modi)

Advocate Anand S. against Prime Minister Modi. Jondhale has filed this petition. “Prime Minister Narendra Modi is seeking votes from people in the name of Gods and temples. In his speech in Pilibhit, Uttar Pradesh on April 9, the Prime Minister sought votes in the names of Hindu gods and goddesses, Sikh deities and their places of worship. Said that Prime Minister Modi built Ram Mandir. The Prime Minister also said that the Kartarpur Sahib Corridor has been developed,” said Anand S. Jondhale has said in this petition. (PM Modi)

Jondhale had also complained to the Election Commission about the same statements of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. In it, he demanded the Election Commission to take action under Section 153A of the Indian Penal Code. But the Election Commission has not taken any action yet. Jondhale said that he has filed a petition against the Prime Minister's statement in the Delhi High Court. The Delhi High Court will hear the petition on April 29. (PM Modi)

PM Modi: What PM Modi said in Pilibhit?

“After 500 years of waiting, the magnificent Ram temple was built in Ayodhya. People of India Aghadi hated even before the construction of Ram temple and still hate it today. He tried his best not to build the temple. No one can forget what the Congress with which Samajwadi Party stands today did to our Sikh brothers and sisters in 1984. It is the BJP, which stands with the Sikhs in full force. BJP scrapped GST on langar items.” This statement was made by the Prime Minister in the campaign meeting of Pilibhit.
