Singh had sought the Gujarat High Court to quash the lower court's summons for commenting on the Prime Minister's educational qualification. The High Court had on February 16 dismissed a plea seeking quashing of the summons issued against Sanjay Singh and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in a defamation case. (PM Modi degree row)
