A non-bailable warrant has been issued against Haryana's dancing queen Sapna Chaudhary. On Tuesday, Delhi's Tis Hazari Court issued this warrant due to Sapna's absence in the cheating case.
A chargesheet has been filed against Sapna by the Economic Offenses Wing (EOW) of Delhi. This case dates back to 2021 when a person named Pawan Chawla filed a complaint against Sapna.
Sapna, who once used to dance in stage shows in Haryana, today performs in private parties and weddings.
The dancer did not reach the court for the hearing of the case
According to the reports, Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) Rashmi Gupta has issued a non-bailable warrant against Sapna Choudhary as she did not appear in the court.
During the hearing of the case, the CJM said- the accused had sought exemption on the last day of the hearing and even today, despite calling the accused, she did not appear in the court. The court has fixed the next date for the proceedings of the case as 25 October 2024.
Currently, Sapna is also very active in Bhojpuri cinema. Recently, her song with Bhojpuri superstar Khesari Lal Yadav has been released.

According to media reports, complainant Pawan Chawla has accused Sapna that he had given money to her in connection with work. But Sapna and her family members misused that money. A case of fraud was registered against her on May 28, 2024.
Sapna also walked the red carpet of Cannes Film Festival in May this year.
There has been an allegation of fraud in 2018 as well
However, this is not the first time a fraud case has been registered against Sapna. Earlier also in the year 2018, a fraud case was registered against her. She was accused of not performing at the event despite taking money.
Sapna participated in Salman Khan's show 'Bigg Boss 11' as a contestant.

33-year-old Sapna Choudhary gained the most popularity after participating in the reality TV show 'Bigg Boss 11'. Originally from Haryana, Sapna used to dance in stage programs before this.
