NEET-UG Row: Case filed by CBI in case of NEET paper leak

Earlier Bihar Police had also arrested some people in this case. On the other hand, the connection of NEET paper leak has also been found in Maharashtra. The investigation of the paper leak case was handed over to the CBI

Opposition parties and social organizations have alleged that the NEET paper was leaked. A high-level inquiry has been demanded in this case. In such a situation, the central government has entrusted the investigation of the paper leak case to the CBI. Bihar Police has arrested 4 people in this case. He has admitted in the inquiry that the paper was torn a day before the exam. The police are now also questioning the people of the Solver gang.

The head of NTA also changed

Following complaints of irregularities, the central government has also changed the head of the National Testing Agency (NTA), which conducts several important exams, including NEET and UGC NET. Also, a panel has been set up, which will investigate malpractices in the NEET examination.

About 2.4 lakh students had appeared in the NEET exam held on May 5. But as soon as the results were announced on June 4, it was revealed that more than 1500 students were given grace marks. Then the matter reached the court. After this, it was decided to take the grace marks given by NTA to the students and retake the exam of these students. NEET UG exam is being re-conducted for more than 1500 students. Apart from this, the Supreme Court is also hearing the alleged paper leak case.
