Neeraj Chopra brought glory to India by winning the silver medal in the men's javelin throw competition at the Paris Olympics. Many Bollywood celebs including Vicky Kaushal, R Madhavan, Malaika Arora celebrated Neeraj's achievement on social media.

R Madhavan was the first to congratulate Neeraj Chopra and Pakistan's Arshad Nadeem. Arshad won the gold medal with a throw of 92.97 meters and set a new record. Madhavan wrote on his Instagram story, 'What a great match it was… I won the game today.'
Vicky Kaushal also expressed his pride for Neeraj on his Instagram story and wrote, 'Best performance of the season. You always make us feel proud brother!!!'
Malaika Arora, who is currently watching the Olympics in Paris, expressed her happiness on seeing this historic moment live. Sharing a video of Neeraj Chopra, she wrote, 'This is a proud moment for my India. And it was amazing to see it live @neeraj_chopra.'
Bollywood actress Rakul Preet Singh also posted a photo of Neeraj celebrating his achievement and wrote, 'Wow! Neeraj, you did it again! Congratulations on winning your second Olympic medal! India is filled with pride!'
Although Neeraj Chopra could not win the gold medal, he still performed brilliantly with a throw of 89.45 meters. Despite four foul throws, Neeraj won the silver medal and became the second Indian man to win two Olympic medals. Pakistan's Arshad Nadeem won the gold with a throw of 92.97 meters in the second attempt, which is the sixth longest throw in history.
