'Munjya' crossed 100 crores, earned 7.20 crores on Sunday: 'Ishq Vishk Rebound' did a business of 4.35 crores in the first week

Horror-comedy film 'Munjya' is making a great collection in the third week as well. On Sunday, this film did a business of 7 crore 20 lakh rupees.

With this, the total gross collection of the film has reached Rs 103 crore. In terms of net collection, the film has earned Rs 87.31 crore so far. The overall occupancy of the film on Sunday was 33.01%.

It became the sixth highest grossing film of the year
The biggest thing is that 'Munjya' has become the sixth highest grossing film of this year. This film has earned more than the recently released films with big star cast like 'Srikanth', 'Mr. and Mrs. Mahi', 'Bade Miyan Chote Miyan' and 'Maidan'.

'Munjya' earned 16.31 crores in the third weekend
The film has earned 16 crore 31 lakh rupees in the third weekend. The film did a business of 3.31 crore rupees on Friday, 5.80 crore rupees on Saturday and 7.20 crore rupees on Sunday. Earlier, 'Munjya' had earned 36.50 crore rupees in the first weekend and 34.50 crore rupees in the second weekend.

After 'Stree', 'Roohi' and 'Bhediya', 'Munjya' is the fourth film in the Maddock horror-comedy universe.

'Munjya' can do good business till the release of 'Kalki'
Seeing the word of mouth publicity of Sharvari, Abhay and Mona Singh starrer 'Munjya', trade analysts were expecting that the film will earn well in the third week as well. It has created a record by earning Rs 100 crore in just 17 days.

This film can do good business till this Thursday also. After this, its collection will be affected after the release of multi-starrer film 'Kalki 2898 AD' on 27th June.

'Ishq Vishq Rebound' did a business of 1.65 crores on Sunday
On the other hand, Rohit Saraf, Pashmina Roshan, Jibran Khan and Nayla Grewal starrer 'Ishq Vishk Rebound' released this week has earned 4 crore 35 lakh rupees in the first weekend. This teenage romantic-comedy film collected 1 crore 65 lakh rupees on Sunday. This is its highest collection in the last three days.

Earlier, the film had done a business of 1 crore 20 lakhs on Friday and 1 crore 50 lakhs on Saturday. The overall occupancy of the film on Sunday was 17.69%.

This is the spiritual sequel of the 2003 superhit film 'Ishq Vishk' starring Shahid Kapoor and Amrita Rao. It is directed by Marathi actor-director Nipun Avinash Dharmadhikari.
