Shaktimaan fame veteran actor Mukesh Khanna has strongly criticized the actors who do paan masala ads in an interview. The actor said that such actors should be caught and killed.

In an interview to Bollywood Bubble, Mukesh said, 'If you ask me, I would say that they should be caught and killed. I have told this to them as well. I even scolded Akshay Kumar that he is so health conscious then how is he doing such ads.

Now Ajay Devgan and Shahrukh Khan also do such ads. I don't understand what you are teaching people?

Mukesh Khanna not only lashed out at actors promoting pan-masala but also at those promoting betting apps.

'Don't these actors have money?'
Mukesh further said- 'Why do these people do such ads? Do they not have money? I have told them many times not to do such ads. Many actors have even withdrawn such ads.

Akshay Kumar and Amitabh Bachchan may have distanced themselves from such advertisements. But even today there are many who are doing such advertisements.

'We feel proud to promote betting app'
In the same interview, Mukesh further said- 'These ads of apps promoting betting also bother me. From Shakti Kapoor to Kapil Sharma, they do such ads and say- 'The money will go directly to your account…'

I asked him, are you teaching people to play rummy? The government has banned it, but it has become a matter of pride for new actors and actresses to work in these advertisements.

Many big actors including Shahrukh and Ajay are seen promoting Pan Masala through advertisements every day.
