Ranveer Singh wants to play the lead role in the film being made on 'Shaktimaan'. The makers of the film, Sony Pictures are also ready to offer him this role but Mukesh Khanna has been opposing it for a long time. Recently he has said the same thing once again in an interview. This time he has also dragged Deepika Padukone into the matter.
While talking to Bollywood Thikana, Mukesh said, people know that Ranveer Singh had come to convince me to make him the role of Shaktimaan. I also had a dispute with Sony TV regarding this because I did not allow Ranveer to play this role. Ranveer sat with me for 3 hours that day but I told him that he did not have what should be seen on Shaktimaan's face.
Mukesh had also shared the picture of his meeting with Ranveer.
Along with this, Mukesh Khanna also talked about Ranveer Singh's nude photoshoot. He said, because of that photoshoot I don't want Ranveer to play the role of Shaktimaan. However, Ranveer told me that he did not pose nude in the photoshoot but was wearing underwear. But I remembered his old statement in which he had said that he was comfortable in posing nude.
His wife is also comfortable in this, she also did not oppose it. Every wife should object to such things, it should not be so advanced.
