The muhurat shot of the feature film Swimming was done last night in Udaipur. With this, the work of making this film has started. The special thing about this is that most of its shooting will also be done in Udaipur and local artists of Mewar are being given a chance in it.

Udaipur Collector Arvind Poswal did the muhurat shot of the film 'Tairaaki' being produced by Udaipur's Kashti Foundation. He called Udaipur a cultural city and said that films are a mirror of the society, it also brings about a change in the society.

In the program, the Foundation's patron and Bollywood film producer Dr. Ajay Muria, while giving information about the production of four films with Bollywood film directors Mahesh Bhatt and Vikram Bhatt under the banner of Indira Enterprises, said that the first film will be the romantic film 'Tumko Meri Kasam' which will be based on the story of Indira IVF. Similarly, there are historical film Rann, wildlife thriller Virat and romantic film 'Tu Hi Meri Puri Kahani' etc. For this, the story writing, starcast etc. have been finalized and recently the shooting of the films has also started in Mumbai.

Dr. Ajay Muria has said that every Mewar resident is proud of the natural gifts given by nature, its rich and glorious history and the centuries-old heritage left by its ancestors. Thousands of artists and culture lovers of this region are engaged in the work of preserving our art and culture and spreading it to the country and the world.

He said that even today there are many artists and writers in the entire state including Mewar-Wagad who have not received proper recognition for their art and skills. Kashti Foundation is taking a noble initiative of preserving art, literature and culture by identifying, polishing and supporting such artists.

The producer of the film and head of Kashti Foundation Shraddha Muria, while explaining the background of the swimming film, said that this film is a sports drama based on social issues and the main objective is to encourage emerging players through this film.

He said that in order to provide a proper platform to the artists, various activities were being organised by Kashti Foundation at the district headquarters and several government schools in the district.

Under this, in the recent past, the artists of the city have organized many events including evening meditation on art creation, Shabdabhishek, Shivam art exhibition, photo exhibition and workshop, sketching activity by Urban Sketchers, sketch exhibition, Kalarohan, Good Touch, Bad Touch workshop, Meri Mati-Mera Desh and Amrut Kalash Yatra, bird watching and workshop, Udaipur Story Festival, science and life skills exhibition, Ram Kahaani and Ram in Everywhere program, Ram Run, Ramabhishek, drama presentation on 'The Famous Fantastic Pill', classical music workshop, Qareebkhana etc.
