Rajkummar Rao and Trupti Dimri starrer film 'Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video' has been released in theaters today. Apart from Raj and Trupti, Vijay Raj, Mallika Sherawat, Archana Puran Singh, Mukesh Tiwari, Rakesh Bedi, Tiku Talsania have important roles in this film. Directed by Raj Shandilya, the film is produced by Balaji Telefilms, Vakao Films and Kathavachak Films. The length of this film is 2 hours 26 minutes. Dainik Bhaskar has given this film a rating of 2.5 stars out of 5.

What is the story of the film?

The story of the film is of 1997 Rishikesh. Vicky (Rajkummar Rao) works in applying mehendi. He gets married to Doctor Vidya (Tripti Dimri). Both of them make a video of their wedding night. One day there is a theft at his house. Along with the goods, the CD of the wedding night video is also stolen. Inspector (Vijay Raj) starts investigating the case. Meanwhile, the Inspector's heart falls on Vicky's sister Chanda (Mallika Sherawat). Vicky wants to get the Suhagrat CD at any cost. In this affair, he gets entangled in a murder case. How does Vicky prove himself innocent and obtain the CD and what turns and twists occur during this process? To know this you will have to watch the film.

How is the acting of the star cast?

Rajkumar Rao has once again succeeded in winning the hearts of the audience after 'Stree 2'. His good chemistry with Trupti Dimri was seen in the film. The timing of dialogue delivery of both is tremendous. Mallika has made a great comeback in the role of Chanda. Her pairing with Vijay Raaz is good. Tiku Talsania in the role of Vicky's grandfather, Archana Puran Singh in the role of Vidya's mother, Rakesh Bedi and Mukesh Tiwari in the role of father have tried to do complete justice to their respective roles.

How is the direction of the film?

The specialty of Raj Shandilya's films is that he brings beautiful stories revolving around small cities and towns. He has written a similar story with Yusuf Ali Khan. The story of the film is from the 90s. He has taken full care of the environment and costumes of that time. The first half of the film is entertaining, but in the second half the story seems a bit lost. The ghost in the red couple in the graveyard reminds me of Rajkummar Rao's film 'Stree'. It seems beyond comprehension to forcibly bring a 'woman' into the film and give a horror touch to the film.

How is the music of the film?

Good music is expected from T series films. But there is no new song in this film which will be remembered after watching the film. The songs of the 90s 'Na Na Na Na Na Re', 'Tumhen Apna Banane', 'Zinda Rahne Ke Liye' have been recreated. The background music of the film is of average quality.

Final Verdict, watch or not?

Along with entertaining, this film also gives a special message. This film can be watched once.
