Janhvi Kapoor's suspense thriller film 'Uljh' has been released in theatres today. The length of this film is 2 hours 30 minutes. Dainik Bhaskar has given this film a rating of 2 stars out of 5.

What is the story of the film?

The story of this film revolves around Suhana Bhatia (Janhvi Kapoor). Suhana gets the post of the country's youngest deputy high commissioner. Suhana is accused of nepotism for getting such a big post at such a young age. Suhana is representing her country in London.

To prove her ability, she takes up risky tasks, but she gets so entangled in lies, deception and betrayal that people start calling her a traitor. To know how Suhana fights her enemies and proves her innocence, you will have to watch the film.

How is the acting of the star cast?

The story of the entire film is woven around the character of Janhvi Kapoor. Janhvi's specialty is that whatever character she gets, she easily molds herself into that character. If seen, she is the hero of this film. She has played the role of Deputy High Commissioner very seriously. Especially her acting in the climax is amazing.

Apart from Janhvi, Gulshan Devaiah in the role of Nakul Bhatia, Roshan Mathew in the role of Sabin Joseph Kutty, Adil Hussain in the role of Vanraj Bhatia, Rajesh Tailang in the role of Salim and Meiyang Chang in the role of Jacob have appeared in the film. They have tried to do their best in whatever work they got. But here it is the responsibility of the director to decide how to get better work from them.

How is the direction?

Sudhanshu Saria's direction is very weak. He has written the story of the film along with Parvez Sheikh. From the beginning till half an hour, the audience is not able to understand what the story is. The story of the film from Kathmandu Embassy reaches the Indian High Commission in London via Islamabad and Delhi. The real game starts from here.

It is beyond comprehension how Janhvi Kapoor reaches the Indian High Commission in London as a Deputy High Commissioner at the age of 22. Not only this, she not only gives her heart to a stranger without knowing or understanding him, but also sleeps with him very easily. It is a bit difficult to understand this.

This film also shows that high ranking officials in India, even the RAW chief, are traitors. Our RAW officers plot the murder of the PM who had come to India with a message of peace and love from Pakistan, at the behest of the ISI. The screenplay of the film is completely scattered. The dialogues seem artificial. Scenes have been picked up from somewhere and pasted somewhere else. After watching this film, it seems that the director has not done proper research.

How is the music of the film?

There is not a single song in the film that is impressive enough to be discussed. After watching the film, its music is not remembered. There is only noise in the name of background score which is heard only in the action scenes.

Final Verdict, should we watch it or not?

The story of the film is so vague that it is difficult to understand why this film was made. This film neither entertains nor gives any special message. Still, if you want to get entangled in it, then it is your choice.
