What is the story of the film?
Tera Kya Hoga Lovely, like its name, is an interesting and extremely funny story, which will super entertain the audience coming to watch the film in theatres. This film presents issues like dowry and apartheid to the audience in a fun way. The film is set in Haryana in which Lovely's (Ileana D'Cruz) family wants her to get married as soon as possible.
But this is the biggest problem, because Lovely's dark complexion becomes a big problem in her marriage. In such a situation, a father goes to any extent to get his daughter married. From getting her photos edited to making Lovely look fair, he even agrees to give her double dowry. But here too there is a twist as the truck full of Lovely's wedding dowry is taken away by thieves and the responsibility of finding it is given to Somveer (Randeep Hooda). Somveer is in Haryana Police and he has already rejected Lovely because of her complexion.
How is the acting of the star cast?
Talking about the performance of the actors, Ileana D'Cruz has done justice to the character of Lovely. Ileana has captured the Haryanvi character well in the film. Randeep Hooda has also played the character of Somveer very well. But Karan Kundrra's acting has given life to the film. His comic timing, acting and dialogue delivery are worth praising.
Apart from this, other actors like Pawan Malhotra, Geeta Aggarwal, Shruti Ulfat, Karan Kundrra, Shivankit Singh Parihar and Geetika Vidya also retained their roles.

The director of the film is Balwinder Singh Janjua. He has tried to bring out the best from all the actors of the film. But better work could have been done on direction. Nothing much surprising will be seen in the film. But the story does not bore you anywhere. The story of the film has been written by Kunal Mandekar and Anil Rodhan. The screenplay has been written together by Anil Rodhan and Rupinder Chahal. The comic timing in the film is amazing.
How is the music of the film?
The music and sound of the film has also been composed keeping in mind the theme and humor of the film. The film does not have songs that you would want to listen to again and again. But you will enjoy the music while watching the movie.

In the film, an attempt has been made to show the old and big issues of the society very simply. But if you are going to watch the film expecting a surprise, you will be disappointed. If you want to be entertained, you can watch this film. There is no boring aspect in the film. This is a family entertaining film, you can watch it sitting with the family. Nothing much new will be seen in the film. But his attempt to show a serious issue in a humorous manner should be appreciated.
