Akash had to work hard during the making of this film. No one wanted to make a film on his story. Even if he wanted, he was not offering the lead role to Akash in it. Amidst this turmoil, he also had to face hardships.
Akash himself is telling me all these things while sitting in the office of Dainik Bhaskar in Mumbai.
He also told that he wanted to become a soldier and not an actor. At the same time, when he later expressed his desire to become an actor to his father, his father also got angry.

Akash wanted to become a soldier, but later decided to become an actor.
Akash is a resident of Kanpur. Talking about his childhood days, he said, 'Father was in the army and mother was a school teacher, but later she left this job for the sake of the family. Like my father, I also dreamed of joining the army, but later I became interested in films.
When the father came to know about this, he did not support him at all. As a father, his thinking was also right. Even today, I rarely talk to my father. If my mother and grandmother were not there, my dream of becoming an actor would have remained unfulfilled. Both of them sent me to Mumbai.
People started laughing after hearing the talk of becoming an actor
About his trip to Mumbai, Akash told, 'I came to Mumbai in 2011. Before coming here, I had talked to a PG owner from Andheri, but when I reached Mumbai one night, that PG owner did not pick up the phone. As a result, the entire night had to be spent at the railway station.
An incident also happened at this station. Actually, that same night there were 2-3 more people sitting with me. He asked, for what purpose have you come to Mumbai? I replied that I have come here with the desire to become an actor. Hearing this they started laughing. At that time I did not understand the reason for his laughter, but after the struggle here I have understood the reason for it.
I met Akshay Bhagwanji in the same PG in Andheri. Since then we both are friends. He is the only person who has supported me at every step.
Saying all these things, Akash starts crying. He told that he has been active in the acting field for 12 years, but the struggle still continues.
Mother used to send money for tuition after giving tuition.
Talking about his struggle in Mumbai, Akash said, 'When I came here, I used to get Rs 10,000 as pocket money from home for the first six months. However, it was not easy for the family members to send this money. At this time father's health deteriorated. At that time, mother used to send me money after giving tuition at many places. Because of me they were also struggling.
I didn't want the family to call and ask what was going on. Actually, I didn't even know what was going on. Was not in a position to tell anything to his family. I was not getting work in films, I was not able to understand how to tell this to my family.
My family and people in the neighborhood knew that I had gone to Mumbai to become an actor. When he did not see me anywhere for a long time, he started talking. The neighbors thought I had run away from home. Many people used to ask mother where I was and what I was doing, whether I had run away or not.

Yes, I never had to struggle much to eat. This is because all the friends used to manage money together and cook food. Whenever there was less money, he would reduce his expenses. This is how we managed to survive.
The film 'Main Ladega' was made after overcoming all the difficulties.
Akash's recent film Main Ladega has been released. The story of the film has been written by Akash himself. He had to make a lot of efforts to complete this film. He said, 'We can also give the title of Main Ladega to the entire making of this film. I wrote the story of the film, but the journey from its production to release was very difficult.
At the age of 25, I realized that what I was doing was becoming just routine. Till then I was acting only to earn money. This was also because the rent had to be paid at a fixed time and also to meet one's own needs.
When there was no major growth in my career, I decided to take a break for some time. During this break the idea of doing something big came to my mind. When I took this decision, the savings nearby were substantial. It is not possible to take a break without savings.
Only after this the real struggle began. Before this I had worked in Akshay Kumar's film Baby. Because of this I knew some people in the industry. Then he started meeting him. Everyone was saying that why would anyone write the story of a film for you? Don't be too famous in the industry.
This statement of people also seemed right to me. These words of people inspired me and I wrote 2-3 stories. Although these stories were not very good. After this I wrote the third script, on which this film is made.

I wrote this story and narrated it to my friend Akshay Bhagwanji and he also liked it very much. Akshay is also the producer of this film. After getting a positive response, I took the story to many people. Many people also liked the story. The conversation continued for 1-2 months, but then the conversation got stuck at one point.
Actually, my heartfelt desire was to play the lead role in a film based on this story, but no one was ready for it. I too could not back out from my bet.
I had also argued that while writing the story, I had lived this character. The second thing was that this role was of an 18 year old boy. Which other actor could have played the role of this 18 year old boy? To fit into this role, I had lost 11 kg of weight at the age of 28, but still people were not agreeing.
Then a production company agreed to it. The company wanted to make a series on this story. He wanted me to give him my story, for which he was offering a lot of money, but I was not ready for it. Then Covid came. The situation went from bad to worse. Hadn't worked for the last one and a half year, so things became a bit weak financially too.
After Covid, Akshay said- Don't worry, we will make this film ourselves.
Akshay was also right, but the journey was not easy. He used to go to Rajasthan and Surat and meet people asking for investment, but he used to get only disappointment in response. However, after some time the dream came true. Pinakin Bhakta decided to produce this film in collaboration with Akshay.
The film Main Ladega is released in theaters on 26 April. This film has been directed by Gaurav Rana.
The shooting of the film had to be stopped just one week after its start.
Akash further said, 'The shooting of the film Main Ladega started in Haridwar, but it was stopped after just a week. The reason for closure was that the budget had fallen short. On the last day of shooting, it seemed that the hotel staff would also keep our luggage because of non-payment, but we were ready for that.
The shooting of the film remained closed for one and a half month. After this the producer reinvested the money and the shooting started again. The rest was shot in places like Nainital and Ladakh. The shooting of the film was finished in a total of 46 days.
