Mobile Blast : Explosion of charging mobile, death of 4 children leader









Leaders Online Desk: An unfortunate incident has taken place in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. A charging mobile phone exploded in a house. 4 children died as the room caught fire due to the explosion. While saving the children, the parents were also burnt in the fire, their condition is critical. The children who died in the accident have been identified as Sarika (age 10), Niharika (age 8), Golu (age 6) and Kallu (age 5).

Johnny (age 41), his wife Babita (age 37) and four children live on rent in a house at Sikheda in Muzaffarnagar district. Johnny works as a labourer. Children were playing in the room on Saturday (23rd) evening. At that time, the mobile phone was charging on the bed in the room. This time, due to short circuit, the mobile phone exploded and the bed caught fire. The children started screaming as the fire engulfed the room. Hearing the explosion and the children's voices, Johnny and Babita ran from the kitchen to the room. Both of them pulled the children out of the fire in a desperate state. Babita and Johnny were also severely burnt while rescuing the children. All were rushed to hospital, where all four children died during treatment. Mother Babita has been admitted to AIIMS in Delhi in a critical condition, while father Johnny is also in critical condition.
