During the search operation, the husband of the concerned woman found suspicious belongings of his wife at a place. After that, the villagers searched the area. In 2018, a 54-year-old woman was found dead in the stomach of a seven-meter python in the town of Muna, located in southeast Sulawesi. Meanwhile, just last year a farmer in West Sulawesi disappeared, then was found eaten alive by a four-meter python in a palm oil plantation.
