Minister Rajkumar resigns after 'bet' on AAP's corruption leader









Leader Online Desk : Raj Kumar Anand today (April 10) resigned from the post of minister along with primary membership of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP). He has taken this decision based on the policy taken by the party regarding corruption. As soon as he resigned, he mocked Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal.

Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia have been arrested in Delhi liquor policy case. Rajkumar Anand is an MLA from Patel Nagar constituency. He was the Social Welfare Minister in the Delhi Cabinet headed by Kejriwal.

'AAP' is a party stuck in the quagmire of corruption

Soon after resigning from his post, Anand said, “Aam Aadmi Party was born to fight corruption; But today the party is stuck in the quagmire of corruption. I have found it difficult to work as a minister. I resigned from the ministry and the party as I could not work.”

Rajkumar Anand said that Arvind Kejriwal had said from Jantar-Mantar that the country will change if politics changes. Politics has not changed, politicians have. He also alleged that Dalits are not adequately represented in the Aam Aadmi Party. He claimed that no respect was given to AAP's Dalit MLAs, ministers or corporators.
