On November 10, representatives and dignitaries of 45 villages of the Khap held a Panchayat on the historical platform of Sarva Hooda Khap located in Basantpur village of Rohtak. In this a high powered committee was formed. Its member and social activist Surendra Singh Hooda, who brought this matter before the society, was given the right to raise the matter in an appropriate manner by corresponding with the Chief Minister of Haryana and the Union Minister of Information and Broadcasting.

Social activist Surendra Singh Hooda said that the Hooda clan of Jat community is being defamed through a dialogue in the film Do Patti. He said that during his meeting with Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Saini regarding this controversial matter, there was a detailed discussion on the issue of defaming the Hooda clan. The Chief Minister gave time to meet despite his busy schedule. Which shows the social sensitivity of Chief Minister Nayab Saini.

The way there has been a conspiracy to defame the Hooda clan in the film Do Patti, it is a criminal matter. On which FIR will be registered soon.

notice already given

Surendra Singh Hooda told that the very next day after the release of the film, he had issued a notice to the producer, director, actor of the film Do Patti and the OTT platform Netflix which aired the film. Responding to which the film producing company and the film broadcasting company Netflix have said that the allegations made in the notice have happened in the film Do Patti. But this is within the freedom of speech of the filmmaker and actor and the use of the word Hooda is only a coincidence.

Surendra Singh Hooda said that no law of the country gives the right to tarnish anyone's social reputation and cause loss of honor and respect. The controversial dialogue aired in the film has hurt his personal and social reputation of the entire Hooda Khap and as part of a conspiracy, the Hooda clan of the Jat community has been defamed.

Instructions to send the matter to the Union Broadcasting Minister

Surendra Singh Hooda said that he has requested the Chief Minister that the social reputation of the Hooda clan of Jat community is being harmed under a conspiracy. Which should be stopped immediately. Accepting the demand, Chief Minister Nayab Saini instructed his officials on the spot to send the matter to the Union Information and Broadcasting Minister along with the request of the Haryana Government.
