Bollywood actor Manoj Bajpayee has sold his luxurious apartment in Mumbai for Rs 9 crore. The actor's house was in Minerva, a luxury tower built by Lokhandwala Kataria Construction.
According to a report by Bollywood Hungama, the buyer has paid Rs 54 lakh as stamp duty to purchase Manoj's apartment located in Mahalaxmi locality. This transaction has been documented in an Agreement to Sell and was registered in August this year.
This apartment of Manoj was on the 47th floor of this building.
Manoj bought this apartment in 2013
According to reports, Manoj bought this apartment about a decade ago in April 2013. It was in the name of his wife Shabana Bajpai. The couple then bought it for Rs 6 crore 40 lakh and paid Rs 32 lakh as stamp duty. Along with this, they also paid Rs 30 thousand as registration fee.
