Leader Online Desk: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's personal personal assistant Bibhav Kumar has received a big shock from the Tis Hazari court today (27th) in the Swati Maliwal beating case. The court has rejected his bail application. Bibhav Kumar will go to the High Court against the Tis Hazari Court's decision. They are currently in judicial custody.
Swati had forcibly entered the Chief Minister's house
Bibhav's lawyer said security personnel asked Swati Maliwal to wait outside; But saying 'You can't stop me like this', he entered Kejriwal's official residence. Bibhav asked on whose request did you come inside. Bibhav also said that he asked this question as he is also responsible for the security of the Chief Minister.
Swati Maliwala burst into tears in the court
Swati Maliwal shed tears today during the hearing of Bibhav Kumar's bail application in Delhi's Tis Hazari Court. She cried out of fear. The former chairperson of Delhi's Commission for Women told the Tis Hazari court that if Bibhav Kumar is granted bail, “my life and my family's life is in danger”.
