Mahendra Singh Dhoni exercised his right to vote in Ranchi

Mahendra Singh Dhoni along with his family cast his right to vote today at a polling station in Ranchi amid tight security under the sixth phase of the Lok Sabha. This time too, fans had gathered in large numbers to see Dhoni.

Voting for the sixth phase of the Lok Sabha elections is taking place today. Mahendra Singh Dhoni also attended the democracy celebrations with his entire family. He exercised his right to vote at a polling station located at JVM School in Shyamali Colony, Ranchi. As soon as Mahendra Singh Dhoni reached the polling station, all the voters who had come to vote rushed to take selfies. Mahendra Singh Dhoni's father Pan Singh Dhoni, mother Devaki Devi, wife Sakshi Dhoni and brother Narendra Singh all voted with Dhoni at JVM School.

Mahendra Singh Dhoni used to live in Shyamali Colony. His father worked for the Macon Company. So even today the entire family goes to the polling station in Macon Colony to exercise their right to vote. Mahendra Singh Dhoni is currently living in his new farm house on Ring Road. But every election they come to vote at the polling station near their old home.

Supporters' attention to Dhoni's event

This year Chennai Super Kings could not qualify for the playoffs, so it is natural for the supporters of this team to be disappointed. But, still there was no reason for Dhoni's craze to subside. As Dhoni is currently playing only in the IPL, this event is closely watched by his supporters. Dhoni contributed 161 runs in 14 matches this season. Meanwhile, his strike rate remained at 220.54. He hit 14 fours and 13 sixes this year. Under Dhoni's leadership, India has won three ICC titles.
