Lok Sabha Election 2024 Results : Uti-Aghada tied in West Maharashtra, Konkan









Kolhapur, Leader News Service : Out of the six seats in Western Maharashtra, three seats were won by the Mahavikas Aghadi, while one seat each was won by the BJP and the Shiv Sena Shinde group. An independent candidate won one seat. And out of seven seats from Konkan, three seats were won by Mahavikas Aghadi, three seats were won by Mahayuti and one seat was won by an independent candidate.

Shahu Maharaj of Congress won from Kolhapur Lok Sabha constituency by over one lakh votes. Praniti Shinde of Congress won from Solapur by more than 80 thousand votes, while from Madha NCP Sharad Pawar group's courageous Mohite-Patil won by more than 50 thousand votes.

Independent candidate Vishal Patil has won from Sangli by 1 lakh 1 thousand 694 votes. From Kolhapur, Congress' Shahu Maharaj was fighting against Shinde Shiv Sena's incumbent MP Sanjay Mandlik. Mandalik was defeated in this one-sided fight. In Hatkanangale, Shinde Shiv Sena's sitting MP Dharishsheel Mane, Thackeray Shiv Sena's Satyajit Patil-Sarudkar, Swabhimani Farmers Association's Raju Shetty and Vanchit Bahujan Aghadi's D. C. Patil was a four-way fight. Mane won in this exciting fight.

Vishal Patil of Congress rebelled in Sangli. There, Thackeray's Shiv Sena fielded Chandrahar Patil, while BJP's incumbent MP Sanjay Patil was in the fray. However, the voters won Vishal Patil's election by donating their votes. In Solapur, Shinde won the contest between sitting Congress MLA Praniti Shinde and BJP's Ram Satpute.

In the Madha Lok Sabha constituency, the sitting MP Ranjitsinh Naik Nimbalkar was fighting against the courageous Mohite-Patil of the nationalist Sharad Pawar faction. Mohite-Patil won the match in this match. In Satara, BJP's Udayanraje Bhosale was fighting against Shashikant Shinde of NCP's Sharad Pawar group. Shinde had a good lead in the early rounds; But Udayanaraje defeated Shinde in the last round.
