The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has claimed that Kavita had conspired with Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leaders in the liquor policy, through which Kavita paid Rs 100 crore to AAP leaders. (Liquor Policy)
Kavita gave 100 crores to 'AAP' in return for the benefit that Kavita got. The ED has also claimed that AAP leaders and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Manish Sisodia were involved in this conspiracy. Kavita had given this amount in advance in return for the profit that was to be generated from this policy, ED also says. (Liquor Policy)

ED has so far conducted 245 raids in this case. 15 people including AAP leader Manish Sisodia, Sanjay Singh, Vijay Nair have been arrested. ED has filed a main complaint and five supplementary complaints in this case. K. Kavita has been arrested on November 15 in this case.
