Lara Dutta speaks on online trolling: Comments like 'old and fat' don't matter, it won't change anything in my life

Actress Lara Dutta is in the news these days for her upcoming series 'Strategy: Balakot and Beyond'. Lara shared her experience regarding online trolling in an interview. The actress has responded to those trollers who troll her by making comments like 'fat-old'.

Lara told what she does to deal with such negativity. She said that if I want to get followers and comments, then I will have to accept every good and bad thing that comes from it.

So my social media feed only contains things that are special to me. Things that I want to share with the people who follow me. That's why I don't have much of a following.

While talking, Lara further said- My following list is not very long. But whoever they are, they are genuine and true people. Regarding dealing with trolls, the actress said- I think I am lucky. I don't have to deal with a lot of trolls or nasty comments.

Lara said- It is obvious that people have every right to express their opinion. Many people say, 'Hey, I have become old', 'Hey, I have become fat', so is this going to bring any change in my life?

During an interview, Lara Dutta talked about Prime Minister Narendra Modi's recent speech. The actress had praised PM Modi for sticking to his beliefs. The PM had said in his speech that the Congress Party plans to distribute the country's wealth among Muslims. Opponents have questioned the authenticity of the PM's claims.

Lara Dutta, during a recent interview, praised PM Narendra Modi for living up to his trust. The actress said – 'It is difficult to keep everyone happy, the PM is also a human being.'

Lara Dutta's upcoming series 'Strategy: Balakot and Beyond' has been directed by Santosh Singh. Big actors like Lara Dutta, Jimmy Shergill, Prasanna, Ashutosh Rana and Ashish Vidyarthi have been seen in it. Apart from this, Lara Dutta is doing films like 'Welcome to the Jungle', and 'Ramayana'.
