This post has been made by film critic KRK (Kamal Rashid Khan) on social media platform X. Film actor Manoj Bajpayee has also been tagged in it. Along with the post, KRK has also attached the notice of Indore Court, which was issued by Indore District Court on 30 May 2024, in which he was asked to appear on 24 July 2024. But KRK did not appear in the court.
Actor Manoj Bajpayee has filed a defamation case against KRK in Indore. The case is being postponed again and again. After 24 July, the dates were fixed for 30 July, then 5 August, 8 August, 9 August, 20 August, 27 August. The next date is fixed for 4 September on Tuesday. Due to the judge being on leave, the case is being postponed continuously. KRK's post on social media platform X has again heated up the matter, because the defamation case filed by Manoj Bajpayee is regarding a similar post by KRK.
Despite the case, KRK is continuously posting against Manoj. This time he even tagged the court notice in the post and wrote objectionable things about him as well.
KRK has also posted this
“Manoj Bajpayee lives in Mumbai but he went to Indore and filed a defamation case against me, which is going on in the court. This man is so obsessed with me that again, he went all the way to Indore to file another defamation case against me. So he fully deserves Maa-Behan…ki.”
Know the tweet due to which Vajpayee has filed a defamation case against KRK
These are the tweets that were presented in the court on behalf of Manoj Bajpayee. Bajpayee said that these tweets were made by KRK against Bajpayee. This tweet was shared on many handles, later a part of it was deleted.
Now understand the whole matter
It is about 26th July 2021. A tweet was posted from the Twitter handle KRKBOXOFFICE…'These are Biggest Charsi of Bollywood! Manoj Bajpayee, Nawazuddin, Naseeruddin Shah, Anurag Kashyap and… (In Hindi it can be read like this- These are the biggest drug addicts of Bollywood! Manoj Bajpayee, Nawazuddin, Naseeruddin Shah, Anurag Kashyap and…. In this way KRK called Manoj Bajpayee the biggest drug addict.)
On July 26, 2021, a tweet was made from the Twitter handle KRK@kamaalrk. 'I am not a Lukka and Faaltu in life, So I don't watch web series. Better you ask Sunil Pal. But why do you like to watch a Charsi, Ganjedi Manoj? You can't be selective. If you hate Charsi Ganjedi in Bollywood, So you should hate everyone.

The uproar increased because actor Manoj Bajpayee's web series Family Man 2 was released at the same time. KRK's tweet was linked to that. Angered by this tweet, the actor filed a defamation case against KRK in Indore court. A warrant was issued against KRK in the case, after which he had to come to Indore.
KRK has given this clarification regarding the case
KRK has said that 'He (Manoj Bajpayee) has filed a false case to harass me. I don't even remember when he tweeted and from which handle. The handle he is talking about does not exist on Twitter. It is obvious that it is a fake case. He is trying to harass me in this way. He is not alone, there are many such people in Bollywood who want to harass me. Only he can tell what disease he has, what problem he is suffering from.'
KRK also got a setback from the High Court
KRK did not appear in court after a defamation case was filed against him for calling Manoj Bajpayee the biggest drug addict of Bollywood on his Twitter handle KRKBOXOFFICE. He also filed a petition in Indore High Court to get Manoj Bajpayee's petition in the district court dismissed. However, the decision did not come in his favour.
KRK had argued that this (KRKBoxOffice) Twitter handle does not belong to him. He had sold this Twitter handle to Salim Ahmed on 22 October 2020, but the court did not accept his argument. The court accepted that when the tweets were made in 2021, KRK was using both the Twitter handles. He sold the Twitter handle before the incident, this is a matter of evidence. Therefore, on 13 December 2022, the High Court rejected his petition.
The question is why did Vajpayee get the case registered in Indore instead of Mumbai?
Now the question arises that why a case was filed against KRK in Indore itself, then the lawyer of the complainant and artist Manoj Bajpayee, Paresh Joshi, answers this by saying that 'Manoj Bajpayee's friend read the news related to the tweet in Indore. After this, he informed Manoj that KRK has defamed him by tweeting like this. After this, a defamation case was filed against KRK on behalf of Manoj.' Therefore, Indore has become the center of the legal battle started between the two. Lawyers say that the place from where the defamation is found, becomes the judicial area.
Then this web series of Manoj Bajpayee came
Actor Manoj Bajpayee's web series Family Man came in the year 2021. Which was liked a lot by Manoj's fans. Manoj's fans were angry with KRK's tweet and they reacted very sharply. KRK also wrote in his tweet that 'I am not a loafer and extravagant in life, so I don't watch web series.' Manoj's fans also tweeted in response to his tweet.
