Leaders Online Desk: Farmers across the country have again turned their march to Delhi today for Minimum Guaranteed Price and other demands. In the wake of today's protest march by farmers, the Delhi Police has ordered vigilance at Tikri, Singhu and Gazipur borders, railway and metro stations.
Farmer leader Tejveer Singh said that today i.e. on March 6, farmers from all over India are going to march peacefully towards Jantar Mantar in Delhi. Farmers from Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Bihar are all set to travel to Delhi for the march. According to the declaration of the farmers, the farmers of other states except Punjab and Haryana will march towards Delhi peacefully.
Major groups such as United Kisan Morcha, BKU Ugrahan, Krantikari Kisan Union and BKU Dakounda (Dhaner) took out a grand rally at Pudda Maidan in Patiala on Tuesday. Farmers gathered in large numbers on this occasion raised slogans against the central government and called for immediate fulfillment of all other demands including legal guarantee of MSP. If the demands are not accepted, a strong agitation was warned.
